Refund & Returns Policy – Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design

Thank you for purchasing from Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design, part of MRBL RTWRK by Roger (Chamber of Commerce No. 89394585, Venlo, The Netherlands). Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care. Because each artwork is unique, the following terms apply to returns, refunds, and trial placements.

1. General

All artworks remain the property of Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design / MRBL RTWRK by Roger until full payment is received. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly delivered works.
• The artwork must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging and all documentation must be included.
• Notify us within 14 days of delivery via info@rogerwanrooij.nl.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report transport damage within 48 hours with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. After assessment, we may offer: (i) repair/restoration, (ii) replacement (if available), or (iii) refund. Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and confirmation by Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design / MRBL RTWRK by Roger.

4. 30-Day Trial Placement

• Trial placement is only by written approval and is not a sale until confirmed in writing.
• Artwork remains the exclusive property of Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design / MRBL RTWRK by Roger during the trial.
• Client must handle with care and insure against loss, theft, or damage for the duration of the trial.
• Any damage, loss, or alteration during the trial is the client’s responsibility.
• Transportation and (de)installation to/from the client are at the client’s expense unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Not purchasing? Return in original condition and packaging within 5 days after the trial ends.
• Late or damaged returns may result in a purchase obligation or compensation equal to the sale value.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom commissions or personalized works.
• Works that have been handled, hung, or altered after delivery.
• Digital downloads, gift cards, and promotional materials.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned work, you will receive written confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refundable only if the issue resulted from our error or damage.

7. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for insured, trackable return shipping. Roger Wanrooij – Art & Design / MRBL RTWRK by Roger is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
